  • Disclosure for a business purpose:  Your order information will be shared with our website processor Shopify, as well as other vendors to enable your order:
    • Mailchimp: our customer relationship manager
    • ShopSync: to sync your customer or subscriber information into our CRM platform, Mailchimp
    • Payment Providers: PayPal, Klarna, Shop – to take and process your payment.

Customer support information

When you register for an Account with Feline, or reach out to customer support, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as your name, email address, and telephone number. If you’re discussing your order, we’ll also ask for your order number and potentially your address.

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
